About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at 2685242 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing requirements to ensure optimal talent acquisition and placement.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
