We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Pearl Technologies LTD.
Job Summary:The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities:- Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, recruit and hire staff.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, permanent position, 37 to 40 hours per week, English language.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office.
