Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef for the New Streets of India team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for managing food costs, maintaining records, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage food and supplies costs
  • Plan and execute menus
  • Recruit and train kitchen staff
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs and consumption
  • Analyze kitchen operations data
  • Ensure food quality meets company standards

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lead and train a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours of work per week
  • Permanent position
