HRIS Analyst/Manager Opportunity

At TalentSphere Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst/Manager to join our client's team in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry. This is a key role in the implementation, operation, and enhancement of the company's HRIS system and interconnected applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Implementation:
Lead and identify enhancements for Payroll, HR, and financial processes within the HRIS system; bridge Payroll and HR teams to address challenges and develop plans for HRIS improvements.

HRIS Oversight:
Oversee the strategic design, delivery, and administration of the HRIS system, managing core modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance, Talent, and Integrations.

Project Management:
Manage HR system-related projects and process improvements, including change management for new implementations, updates, or changes impacting stakeholders.

User & Security Management:
Administer user permissions, access controls, and system configurations to ensure a secure, streamlined experience for HR service users.

Team Development & Vendor Management:
Build and maintain a strong HRIS team through effective recruiting and training; manage HRIS-related vendor relationships and renewals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Human Resources experience with at least 4 years of direct Dayforce HRIS experience.
  • Experience with payroll administration in Dayforce would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, analytical and complex problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong prioritizing, project management, planning and organization skills with the ability to serve multiple customers effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
