About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead the implementation of our HR technology roadmap. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for configuring and testing new HRIS modules, providing post-implementation support, and managing external vendors and consultants.


Key Responsibilities

  • HRIS Implementation: Lead the implementation of new HRIS modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide comprehensive support to employees and managers, addressing system issues, errors, and updates in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external vendors and consultants, ensuring accountability and effective delivery of services and support.
  • System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance of existing HRIS modules, assessing system releases and addressing system issues promptly.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Deliver insightful system-based analytics to HR, producing metrics and reports from HR data to inform business decisions.
  • Integration and Configuration: Coordinate and configure integrations between HRIS and other business applications and platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure best practices on security role creation and administration, maintaining the integrity of our HR data.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to HR System Analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Proven expertise in project and change management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR and payroll processes and cyclical events.
  • Strong analytical skills pertaining to data, business processes, and system functionality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
  • Previous experience with Dayforce, SQL, and Power BI is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of change management fundamentals.
