About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist, Kitchen Design to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their information/product requirements and provide personalized solutions
  • Use effective questioning and listening techniques to identify and qualify customer needs
  • Provide expert advice on kitchen and bath products, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Book appointments with customers for one-on-one consultations and design sessions
  • Operate computer-aided design software to create customized kitchen and bath designs
  • Source products for customers and prepare special orders, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and promotions
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath products, including design principles and installation methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to operate computer-aided design software and other sales tools
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
