We are seeking a talented Lawyer and Patent Agent to join our team in the Intellectual Property group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on patent and trademark matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience in drafting patent specifications and prosecuting patent applications in Canada and the US. Experience in IP transactional/commercial work and trademarks is an asset.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients. If you are a motivated and dedicated professional looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting patent specifications and prosecuting patent applications in Canada and the US

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Chemistry
  • 3+ years experience in patent drafting and prosecution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
