We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Devereaux Property Management Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 5-10 accounting professionals to ensure accurate financial transactions and timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement accounting systems to improve productivity and product quality.
- Prepare payroll and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets and summaries.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and supervisory roles.
- College/CEGEP education in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dental and health care plans.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- English language support.
