Accounting Manager

Warkentin Investments Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Accountant-Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Accounting Systems: Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports to provide insights to management and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
