Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and play-based learning experiences tailored to our child's interests and developmental stage.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes healthy habits, social skills, and emotional well-being.
  • Care for our child's daily needs, including meal preparation, hygiene, and sleep routines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a professional setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with our child and other caregivers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include: generous paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, and retirement plan options.
