Biz Empower Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization to success.
About the Role:
The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, establishing financial and administrative controls, and approving overall human resources planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
- Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to make informed decisions.
