We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at ELISA NAILS & SPA LIMITED.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to our team members.
  • Quality and Production: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Workplace Issues: Resolve workplace problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Staff Training: Train our staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
Work Environment:
