Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

At ELISA NAILS & SPA LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure that we are fully staffed during peak periods.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for any emergency situations that may arise, and take prompt action to resolve the issue.
  • Quality and Production: Monitor the quality of our nail services and production levels to ensure that we are meeting our targets.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain our high standards.
  • Work Problems: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Training: Train our nail technicians in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Environment: Our nail salon is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities: You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as needed.

  • Team Player: You must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with our staff.
Experience:
  • Experience: You must have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: You must be fluent in English.
  • Hours of Work: You must be available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
