Food Service Supervisor

At CANADA INC o/a City Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets our high standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
