Food Service Manager

Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Food Service Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Support for Diverse Groups: Participate in government or community programs or initiatives that support newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
