Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Church's Texas Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure high standards of quality and presentation
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
