We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.


Responsibilities include:



  • Providing nursing care in accordance with established policies and physician's orders
  • Utilizing sound nursing practice principles to deliver excellent care
  • Ensuring timely and accessible admissions for residents
  • Managing resident transfers and discharges
  • Ensuring the safekeeping of drugs and narcotics, following established protocols
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet residents' needs

Requirements include:



  • A Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with others, demonstrating compassion and support
  • Respect for residents' autonomy and right to self-respect and privacy
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Long Term Care Act and the Health Disciplines Act
  • Medical Clearance, including TB tests, and Vulnerable Sector Police Check

All staff are required to provide proof of vaccination, adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols, and wear a mask at all times.
