About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Second Cup Avalon Mall. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods to meet customer requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a positive and respectful work environment, and support the team in meeting customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
