Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Electronic cash register, grill, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be available for shift or on-call work and willing to relocate for this position.
