Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at East to West Holdings Inc. as a Food Counter Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods for customers.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as sweep, mop, and polish floors.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
