Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods
