Key Performance Indicators
- Demonstrate expertise in financial products and services.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote bank products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and employees to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- College diploma and 4-6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-6 years of experience.
- Mutual Fund Representative license - an asset.
- Experience in personnel management, coaching, business development, and customer service.
