Program Manager for Inclusive Education

About the Role

Diverse Abilities Religious Education (DARE) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Manager to lead our inclusive education program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing a vision and goals for the program, ensuring its objectives align with the broader goals of Baitul iLM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Vision: Collaborate with the Inclusive Special Needs Program Manager to establish a vision and goals for the program.
  • Team Management: Oversee the professional development and well-being of teaching staff within the program.
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation: Work closely with teachers to develop and adapt the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of participants.
  • Mentorship and Support: Provide mentorship to teaching staff, offering guidance on inclusive teaching strategies and classroom management.
  • Parent and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Admin Team to establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and the broader community.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of the program through ongoing assessment and evaluation.

About You

Principal(s):

  • Relevant academic qualifications in education leadership.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Teacher Mentors:

  • Teaching qualification and experience in inclusive education (preferred not required).
  • Knowledge of best practices in inclusive teaching (preferred).
