Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide ongoing support, development, and maintenance of our Epicor ERP systems. This includes supporting end-users, upgrading processes, and additional site migrations. The role requires a strong understanding of Epicor modules and process flow, specifically those used in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system issues
  • Develop and maintain customizations, BAQs, reports, dashboards, and BPMs to support business needs
  • Liaise with Epicor support and/or third-party partners
  • Support third-party partners maintaining a custom legacy ERP system
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes by leveraging business systems
  • Assist with future implementations of Epicor (acquisitions/mergers/onboardings)
  • Guide process owners in adaptation of processes that align with best practices

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related discipline (experience in lieu of degree acceptable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Epicor ERP, preferably Epicor 10 or higher
  • Ability to write SQL queries to extract data from both custom and Epicor databases
  • Understanding of relational databases and SSRS
  • Ability to quickly develop a detailed understanding of business operations and ensure solutions align with business needs
  • Ability to communicate with system users on their varying technical or non-technical level of system understanding
