ERP Analyst Job Description

About the Role:

The ERP Analyst will provide ongoing support, development, and maintenance of our Epicor ERP systems. This includes supporting end-users, upgrading processes, and additional site migrations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Epicor ERP, preferably Epicor 10 or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system issues
  • Develop and maintain customizations, BAQs, reports, dashboards, and BPMs to support business needs
  • Collaborate with Epicor support and third-party partners to resolve issues and implement new solutions
  • Support the development and implementation of business process improvements
  • Develop and maintain data loads to be run in the Epicor Data Migration Tool (DMT)
  • Document and test all software modifications

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related discipline (experience in lieu of degree acceptable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Epicor ERP, preferably Epicor 10 or higher
  • Ability to write SQL queries to extract data from both custom and Epicor databases
  • Understanding of Epicor modules and process flow, specifically those used in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of relational databases and SSRS
