Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain productivity in our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as provide guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Train staff in various aspects of their roles, including inventory management and quality control standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve them efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform future business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators, such as sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certifications.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and move quickly between areas of the restaurant.
