Job Title: Product Owner - Supply Chain Execution

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to join our Global Supply Chain team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development of our Supply Chain Execution capabilities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and defining the product roadmap for Supply Chain Execution, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Developing clear feature definitions and ensuring the squad/pod understands the 'why' behind every capability.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the design of solutions that meet requirements and provide clear direction to the delivery team.
  • Providing immediate feedback to the delivery teams on opportunities for improvement and soliciting input from the business user community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in Product Ownership/Management, Consulting, Delivery management, or Supply Chain operations/continuous improvement.
  • Experience in consumer products (Manufacturing, wholesale, or retail) is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience managing projects and teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to obtain buy-in, lead thoughtful discussions, and elicit timely decisions.
