Product Owner Web3 Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner with a background in Fintech, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies to lead our innovative team in developing and delivering cutting-edge financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap Development: Define, build, and prioritize the product roadmap based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • User Story Management: Ensure user stories are well-documented, prioritized, and meet the defined acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and QA, to drive product execution and delivery.
  • Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, gather requirements, and contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall product.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile methodologies, schedule product demos, and coordinate product reviews.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain quality assurance and ensure that the product meets a world-class standard.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize product metrics to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Budget Management: Manage project budgets for development and testing.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management in a tech-driven environment.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.
  • Product Launch Experience: Proven track record of successfully launching B2C products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in Fintech, Web3, or Blockchain technologies is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address ambiguous problems and create data-driven solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and alignment among senior stakeholders.
