Key Holder Office Administrator

- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, ensuring a smooth operation
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring timely completion
- Commission systems and components to maintain a state-of-the-art office environmentSupervision
