  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring timely completion
  • Commission systems and components to maintain a state-of-the-art office environmentSupervision
