Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sereggela Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Manage food preparation, presentation, and serving to meet customer expectations
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
