Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sereggela Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise food preparation and service staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menus, specials, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as needed
