Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sereggela Holdings Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
- Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and ensure that all food and supplies are properly stored and rotated.
- Team Management: Supervise and train food service staff, ensure that all staff are following proper food safety and handling procedures.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Team player, reliability, ability to multitask.
- Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
