Job Title: Yacht Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Yacht Store Manager to join our team at Revolution Yacht Experience Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Yacht Store Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory, and opening and closing books for auditors. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail business and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store management
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory to meet customer demands
  • Open and close books for auditors to ensure accurate financial records
  • Manage point of sale system, word processing software, and spreadsheet to track sales and inventory
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail business
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call
