About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Yacht Store Manager to join our team at Revolution Yacht Experience Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily store operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Plan and organize daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory, including tracking stock levels and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a store management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in point of sale systems and Microsoft Office.
