The Yacht Store Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory, and opening and closing books for auditors. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail business, parts and warehousing operations, and marine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient store performance
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands
  • Open and close books for auditors to ensure accurate financial records
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail business, parts and warehousing operations, and marine maintenance
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in point of sale systems, word processing software, and spreadsheets
