Job Summary

A Quebecois insurance broker, serving its clientele for over 50 years and partnering with multiple insurance companies offering a wide range of solutions, is seeking a bilingual French-English receptionist for its office.

The position provides a family-oriented environment with a 40-hour work week, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors who arrive at the reception.
Prepare shipments by courier or mail.
Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them; take messages when necessary.
Organize the management of meeting room reservations.
Ensure conference rooms are tidy at all times.
Manage stationery supplies and order necessary supplies.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Excellent customer service skills.

What We Offer
Permanent position.
Hourly wage between $20 and $23.
In-office position with Monday to Friday office hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
3 weeks of vacation.
5 personal days.
Group insurance benefits after 3 months.
On-site parking.
