Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op student to join our End User Support (EUS) team as a Support Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and assisting our team with day-to-day tasks and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in agent training and skill development to enhance their performance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to assess case backlogs and ensure proper ticket assignment.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including input for our Virtual Assistant accuracy audits and summarizing monthly reporting metrics on tool performance.

Additional Opportunities

  • Perform research on best-in-class organizations providing training and development in specific target areas of interest.
  • Assist with additional tasks as delegated by Manager.

Competencies

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
