Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op student to join our End User Support (EUS) team as a Support Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and assisting our team with day-to-day tasks and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in agent training and skill development to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to assess case backlogs and ensure proper ticket assignment.
- Perform data entry tasks, including input for our Virtual Assistant accuracy audits and summarizing monthly reporting metrics on tool performance.
Additional Opportunities
- Perform research on best-in-class organizations providing training and development in specific target areas of interest.
- Assist with additional tasks as delegated by Manager.
Competencies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail in daily tasks and projects, while also having the ability to see beyond the individual tasks and understand the broader impact and implications of activities on other cross-functional teams.
- Organized with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality outputs and delivering on time.
- Creative mindset and stamina to try new things and figure out how to continuously improve.
- Able to actively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint) and Salesforce (or similar CRM) is considered an asset.
