Job Description

Diadem Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the planning and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, taking into account materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Plan and manage budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments to stay within budget.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Prepare reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and status.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, and team supervision.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
