Job Description

Diadem Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in planning, organizing, and supervising construction operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily construction operations to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with clients.
  • Establish and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Manage budgets and direct the purchase of building materials.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work outdoors in various locations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Language
  • English is the primary language of communication.
