Job Description

Diadem Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, taking into account various factors such as materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and safety.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards.
  • Plan and manage budgets, ensuring we stay within our financial constraints.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, working closely with our procurement team.
  • Prepare reports, providing regular updates to our stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of 5-10 people.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
