Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Diadem Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily construction operations to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and submit detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Supervise and manage the activities of subcontractors to ensure high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones to monitor progress.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and changes to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and maintain quality control policies and procedures.
  • Manage project budgets and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • Work site environment: outdoors.
  • Work setting: various locations.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office.
  • Area of specialization: project management.
