Job Summary:

Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Atlantic Fleet Operations Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate fishing trips to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of the vessel to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve vessel operations and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marine or manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and company guidelines.
