Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Expert to join our team at Radio Canada International. As a key member of our Technology and Infrastructure division, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex technical needs, documenting requirements, and mapping intricate data and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of technical needs and requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of project objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Perform comprehensive data and workflow mapping, identifying critical touchpoints and dependencies to ensure seamless integration
  • Promote D&A architectural consistency and usability standards
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Scrum Teams, Business Analysts, and infrastructure specialists
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification is required
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst is required
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis methodologies is required
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, API, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Power Automate, Power APP, Power BI, ETL processes, Informatica, Synapse Pipelines, TM1 / Planning Analytics, ERP & HCM Solutions, and associated data models is required

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
