About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced SAP Finance Senior Manager to join our team at Radio Canada International. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic supply management initiatives and driving value creation through savings, cost avoidance, operational efficiencies, and increased value for money.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sourcing experience, with a proven track record in managing and leading sourcing events from end to end. They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities, and a strategic mindset. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business, is preferred.

We are looking for a self-starter who can work collaboratively with internal business units, external third parties, and Functional Experts to create RFP packages, negotiate deals, and manage contracts. The ability to demonstrate experience in procurement and negotiation, as well as a working knowledge of finance and accounting, is essential.

As a key member of our Supply Management sourcing team, you will be responsible for developing innovative tactics to support strategies, contributing to the transformation of tools and processes, and delivering on ambitious savings targets. You will also lead activities on category strategies and associated plans, ensuring compliance with governance regulations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and partner effectively with internal business units, maintain and foster an effective demand management pipeline, and act as a change agent in efforts to redefine, transform, and influence rules of engagement with Components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic supply management initiatives
  • Develop and implement category strategies and associated plans
  • Manage and lead sourcing events from end to end
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal business units and external third parties
  • Contribute to the transformation of tools and processes
  • Deliver on ambitious savings targets

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sourcing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (finance or business)
  • SCMA (PMAC) certification (SCMP or CPP) or equivalent
  • Experience in procurement and negotiation
  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

What We Offer:
