Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and supervise the assembly of trays.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods, walking, and physically demanding tasks.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
