Restaurant Manager

At Original Joe's Cold Lake, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of servers and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
The work environment is noisy and fast-paced, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The work setting is a restaurant, and the tasks involved include managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
