About the Role:

Side by Side ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing home-based interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children and their families to deliver evidence-based interventions in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments in a home setting to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement treatment plans using evidence-based information and clinical expertise.
  • Engage with clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals and promote active participation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention using SMART goals.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Proof of professional liability insurance.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work.
  • ADP authorizer status is an asset.
