Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify barriers to functional performance and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide guidance and training on adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications to enhance patient independence and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working in a community setting is an asset.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
