About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting self-service through various tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on using our online tools and resources.
  • Send documents and policies to clients as required.
  • Respond to customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated skills with computer systems and applications on Apple and Android.
  • Experience in a call center environment is an asset.
  • High autonomy, dynamic, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office suite and others.
  • Internet connection with a speed of at least 30 Mbit/s.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • No work experience in Canada required, but authorization to work in Canada is necessary.
