Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PIZZA PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and you will be required to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
